This past week, I was honored to participate in the Community Collaborative Forum Public Health Roundtable and Gubernatorial Candidate Forum, where more than 170 community partners came together to discuss the future of healthcare and public health in New Mexico.

The forum included representatives from health councils across our state, including both county and Tribal health councils. These conversations are critical as we work to improve access to care, strengthen coordination, and make sure every New Mexico community has a voice in shaping better health outcomes.

I appreciated the opportunity to listen, learn, and share my perspective as a candidate for Governor on these important issues.
